The Gateway program experience is YOUR experience – you do have a say in how this program works.  Help us make it better by providing your recommendations and feedback – all input is considered and you will get a response.

Have an idea to make the scheduling procedure better?

Think something belongs on the boat that isn’t there?

Think you can add to our checklist procedures, training, operations, maintenance, or website experience?

Let us know, we love volunteers who are solution oriented.

We also know the old saw that a bad experience is amplified 15 times, so please vent here first and we’ll do everything in our power to make it right and to make it so that it doesn’t happen again.

But don’t forget the Kudos!  If someone went above the call of duty please shout that out in public, too, and we can help get that word out.
